April 11:  Section chairs send CFP and roundtable proposals to Biblical Studies VP, Kathy Lopez (lopezk@campbell.edu) or AAR-VP, Hollis Phelps (phelps_h@mercer.edu)

April 18:    Kathy and Hollis send combined information to the Board of AAR Southeast

April 25:    Call for Papers goes online

July 1:        AAR Regional Grant Due Date

Oct 1:        Proposal submission deadline

Oct 20:      Deadline to inform other chairs if switching papers between sessions

Oct 31:      Notification of proposal acceptance or rejection

Dec 5:     Section chairs send initial session program to Hollis and Kathy  /  Changes to program due to Kathy and Hollis

Dec 15:      Deadline for submission of undergraduate student papers

Jan 15:       Deadline to submit full paper for graduate student paper award competition
